I wanted to shoot a video about this book because it’s one of the most profound and powerful books on exploring how our physical situation does not dictate our happiness, and following my video on Monday about how I’ve not been as happy in 2019 as 2018 & 2017 (Here if you wanna watch it), it seemed appropriate to expand on a few points.
