Having a healthy morning routine and living a general healthy lifestyle creates a compound effect that will either be the reason that you succeed, or the reason that you don’t.
Creating healthy habits for a better you, means understand what you actually want.
You have to get clear on your vision of the future first, and then ask yourself “What would that future version of me do each day? How would they see the world? What actions would they take? How would they see themselves? How would the see challenges ahead of them?”
You won’t BECOME that person, until you first start acting like that person and doing the things that person would do. And that all starts with building the right habits.

When you’re setting goals and then figuring out that habits that you’ll need to build to get you there, constantly ask yourself WHY you want that.
If you can’t answer that very clearly with an answer that actually means something to YOU (As opposed to a canned “Well because it’s healthy to get in good shape” type answer), then chances are you’re setting that goal just because it’s a typical “society” goal that you feel you should set.
If you don’t really want it, drop it.
Once you’ve created your new healthy habits, you’ll need a way to track them. Luckily I’ve already created just the thing, this is what I use to track my own habits :)
